127mg/dl from 300mg/dl of diabetes and also my BP got decreased as 120 mg/dl.

Hi, I have been suffering from diabetes , blood pressure, paralysis for the past 15 years.
I came to know I have 370mg/dl and BP 170 mmhg. Since I have high BP, my left hand and leg was inactive. I couldn’t able to walk with the help of doctors consultation, I used 10 tablets a day.
